Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 tablespoons unsalted Butter
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1-2 sprigs of parsley
Lemon slices
Directions
Pat dry the thawed Sizzlefish Rainbow Trout.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the Rainbow Trout face side down to the hot skillet with olive oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Turn over and add 1-2 tbsp. unsalted butter, garlic, lemon slices, and parsley. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
