Smoked Salmon Pizza
Smoked Salmon Pizza is an easy appetizer. Almond flour pizza topped with Greek yogurt, capers, red onions, and dill make for a fast, healthy and protein-rich holiday appetizer.

Ingredients
- ½ package smoked salmon, sliced
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup capers
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp. dill
For the pizza:
- 8 egg whites
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
How to Make It
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs whites then stir in the almond flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet to low-medium heat and grease lightly with cooking spray or coconut oil.
- Once the pan is hot, pour the batter into the pan into an even layer. Cover the pan with a lid for 3-4 minutes. Peak at the top and if the bubbles appear, flip the pizza and cook another 2 minutes. Watch the pizza carefully to ensure it does not burn.
- Turn off the heat and transfer to a wire baking rack to cool.
- Once cool, pour the Greek yogurt over the top of the pizza. Sprinkle the salmon, dill, capers and red onion over the top.
- Slice and enjoy!
