4 packages Sizzlefish Wild Gulf Shrimp
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp blanco tequila
1 tbsp lime zest
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Lime wedges for serving
Directions
Blot shrimp well with paper towel to remove liquid.
Add to a medium mixing bowl with lime juice, lime zest, tequila, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder and salt. Stir well to coat shrimp. Set aside.
Heat olive oil over medium high heat for 2 minutes in a large skillet. Working in two batches, add shrimp to hot skillet in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until shrimp is lightly charred. Set cooked shrimp aside and repeat with remaining shrimp. Turn heat off.
Add all shrimp back to hot skillet and stir. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy hot with lime wedges.
