Shrimp Stack
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons non fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon spicey seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 vine ripened tomato, sliced
- 5 pieces wholegrain crisp bread
- 1 package Shrimp
- Micro greens (for garnish)
Preparation Instructions:
