Paleo Shrimp, Avocado, and Orange stacks are an easy and healthy shrimp recipe that is low-calorie and gluten-free. It is also a good source of protein because it's made with Wild Gulf Shrimp. This recipe works great as an appetizer or afternoon snack.
Ingredients

1/2 cup cauliflower rice

1/3 medium avocado, diced

1/4 cup blood orange segments

1 package (4oz) SizzleFish shrimp

2 tsp ghee, divided

Seasonings of choice
Directions
Saute caulirice in 1 tsp of ghee until golden
Remove from pan
Add a second 1 tsp of ghee to the pan and sauté shrimp until pink
Using a round metal cookie cutter (4 in), pack your caulirice into the bottom
Next, layer in your avocado, your orange, and finish off with your shrimp
Sprinkle with seasonings of choice
Serve cold, warm, or hot
