2 packages Sizzlefish Colossal Shrimp
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 medium shallot, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup fresh parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
For Shrimp
For Chimichurri Sauce
Directions
Combine ingredients for Chimichurri sauce in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped and thoroughly mixed.
Transfer to a small bowl.
Blot shrimp with paper towel and place in a bowl. Add paprika, garlic and salt. Stir to coat shrimp.
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on both sides, or until fully cooked.
Serve shrimp hot topped with Chimichurri sauce.
