Slow Cooker Seafood Stir Fry Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 7.25-ounce udon noodles, beef flavor
- 1/2 lb Wild Gulf Shrimp (2 packs)
- 1/4 lb Wild Sea Scallops (1 pack)
- 6 cups homemade or low-sodium broth
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Optional garnish: sprouts, red chili flakes, jalapeno

Preparation Instructions:
- Add all ingredients EXCEPT noodles, shrimp and scallops to the slow cooker.
- Stir to mix well.
- Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.
- Add udon noodles, shrimp & scallops.
- Cook HIGH additional 10-15 minutes or until seafood is done.
