Scallop & Tenderloin Cobb Salad
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups lettuce of choice
- 1/4 avocado
- 2oz SizzleFish Scallops
- 1 slice bacon
- 2 oz beef tenderloin
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- balsamic vinegar, or dressing of choice
Directions
- Grill beef tenderloin and scallops until desired doneness
- Cook bacon in pan until crispy
- Allow to cool and then crumble
- Top butter lettuce with grilled proteins, slice strawberries, diced avocado and crumbled bacon
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or dressing of choice
