4 Sizzlefish salmon portions, thawed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Preheat oven to 425ºF and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Place salmon portions on baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Lay thinner portions of salmon on their side for more surface area.
In a small bowl, combine feta, parsley, dill, thyme, and garlic. Use a fork to mash and mix well.
