2 Packs of Sizzlefish Coho Salmon
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 tablespoons unsalted Butter
Fresh Pesto, for serving
Basil Leaves, for serving
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
Pat dry the thawed Sizzlefish Coho Salmon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the Coho Salmon skin up to the hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until warmed through.
Turn over and add 1-2 tbsp. unsalted butter for added richness halfway through cooking. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy warm with fresh Pesto, Basil leaves and lemon wedges.
