Shrimp Ceviche
Share your love of shrimp with party guests with a shrimp ceviche appetizer. Easy to make, packed with flavor perfect for dipping, and delicious enough to eat on its own!

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 packets Sizzlefish shrimp
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 roma tomatoes, diced
½ cup white onion, diced
2 jalapeno peppers, diced
½ avocado, diced
1 handful cilantro, chopped
4 tbsp. fresh lime juice
salt & pepper to taste
How to Make It:
1. Heat a skillet to medium heat then add extra virgin olive oil.
2. Place shrimp in the skillet and sprinkle pepper over it. Cook the shrimp on each side until opaque, approximately 3 minutes.
3. Remove the shrimp and chop into a similar size as the tomatoes.
4. Assemble the ceviche by placing the chopped shrimp, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, avocado, cilantro in a bowl with lime juice and salt. Stir to combine.
5. Serve immediately!
