"Sea" Grilled Cod
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb cod
- 2 tsp ghee
- 1/2 lb bok choy, steamed
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp The Spice Cave's SEA seasoning
Preparation Instructions:
1. Add ghee to grill pan over medium heat.
2. Season cod generously with SEA seasoning.
3. Add to grill pan and cook a few minutes each side (or until done to your liking)
4. Serve on top of brown rice with bok choy and cherry tomatoes
