Ingredients:
- Sizzlefish Portion Atlantic Cod
- ½ fresh orange (with skin)
- ½ tsp Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning
- Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place cod in a shallow baking dish. Cut open your orange and squeeze the juice over cod. Using a grater, grate some fresh orange zest over the top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes.
